Ongoing Disaster URL's are links to various sites on the internet that have current information on disaster situations. However, some links may require an online registration form before reading the information. If you wish you can click here to fill out these forms to make future reference easier. Please Note, if you have a "Disaster URL" to a ongoing diasaster Please Let Us Know!so we can add it to our list.
Ongoing Situation Reports are reports or "sitreps" from the Volunteers in Technical Assistance'
(VITA) email list server. The sitreps include information
concerning global disasters as well as relief efforts. If you wish
to subscribe to the email listserver and recieve the sitreps
yourself, send an email message to incident@vita.org.
Ongoing Real Audio feeds are
links to sites with disaster related news information via
realaudio. If you don't have time to read the latest disaster news,
you can Hear It here! However, in order to use these links you
must have Real Audio installed on your computer and configured for
your web browser. If don't have Real Audio and want to hear the
latest disaster news on you computer you can get it here!
